Information we collect
For salon accounts, Reserveira processes account contact details, salon information, services, staff availability, and operational settings. For bookings, it processes the client details submitted in the booking form, appointment information, and any notes the client chooses to add. The founding partner form collects the details shown in that form.
How information is used
Reserveira uses this information to provide booking and schedule management, prevent conflicting appointments, send relevant booking updates, support participating salons, and improve the pilot experience.
Who can access booking information
Booking information is available to the salon receiving the appointment and its authorised team members according to their role. Access is limited through account permissions and database policies designed to keep one salon’s operational information separate from another salon’s information.
Sub-processors and service providers
Reserveira relies on a limited number of sub-processors to operate the pilot: Supabase provides authentication and database infrastructure, Vercel hosts the web application, and Resend delivers transactional booking emails. These providers process only the information needed to supply their service. Data-processing arrangements and this list will be reviewed as the platform develops.
Retention and choices
Information is kept only while needed for the pilot, the booking relationship, security, and applicable legal obligations. Clients can contact the salon they booked with about their appointment information. Salon owners can contact Reserveira through Galleira Studio about account information, correction, or deletion requests.
Security
Reserveira uses access controls, encrypted connections, and database policies to separate salon data. Private booking-management links use opaque tokens and should not be shared. No internet service is risk free, so the pilot is reviewed and improved as it develops.
