Reserveira provides tools for salon pages, availability, bookings, appointment changes, and salon schedule management. Pilot features may change as the product is tested and improved.
Salon responsibilities
Salons are responsible for keeping services, prices, staff availability, policies, and contact information accurate. Each salon is responsible for delivering the services accepted through its booking page and for complying with rules that apply to its business.
Client bookings
A booking creates an appointment with the salon, not with Reserveira. Clients must provide accurate contact details and use the private management link responsibly when changing or cancelling an appointment.
Accounts and acceptable use
Account holders must protect their sign-in details and allow access only to authorised team members. The service must not be used to submit unlawful, misleading, abusive, or automated requests.
Availability
Reserveira is designed to prevent scheduling conflicts, but pilot access may be interrupted for maintenance, testing, or circumstances outside reasonable control. Important salon operations should retain an appropriate backup during the pilot.
