Data deletion

Salon owners can disconnect an integration immediately and request deletion of associated account data.

Disconnect Instagram

Sign in to Reserveira, open Settings, choose Messaging integrations, and select Disconnect. Reserveira will stop processing new Instagram messages for that salon.

Request deletion

Use the Reserveira contact page to request deletion. Include the salon name and connected Instagram username so the account can be identified. Do not include access tokens or passwords.

What happens next

Integration credentials are removed when the account is disconnected. Associated conversation data will be deleted or retained only where required for security, dispute resolution, or legal obligations. We will confirm the outcome through the contact details supplied with the request.
