Supabase, Inc. — authentication, PostgreSQL database, server functions, backups, and security controls. Vercel Inc. — application hosting, content delivery, runtime logs, and network protection.
Communications
Resend, Inc. — transactional booking and staff-invitation emails. Meta Platforms companies — Instagram and, when enabled, WhatsApp message delivery for accounts a salon connects.
AI assistance
OpenRouter, Inc. — routes booking-assistant requests to the configured provider. Google LLC — supplies the configured Gemini model. Reserveira requests zero-data-retention routing and sends only the context needed to handle a booking conversation.
Billing
Stripe Payments Europe, Limited and its affiliates — checkout, subscriptions, invoices, fraud prevention, and payment-method handling. Stripe also acts as an independent controller for some payment and compliance activities under its own privacy notice.
Locations and safeguards
Providers may process information in the EEA, United States, or other countries where they operate. Reserveira relies on provider data-processing terms, applicable adequacy decisions, and European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses where required.
Changes
